Anne Celeste Heche, an American actress who is recognized for her roles in films and television in a variety of genres. Anne Lockhart, born Anne Kathleen Maloney in September 1953 was an American actress. She is best known for playing the role of Lieutenant Sheba from the 1978-1979 television show Battlestar Galactica. Lockhart is the grandchild and daughter of actor Gene Lockhart, as well as the actress June Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career in the early years. Her initial reaction was to decline the role because the character didn't seem to be strong enough. Glen invented a new character to play for her using Sheba as a stronger character. She was able to accept the Living Legend's script after having read its first pages. It lasted for one season. The actress was in Joyride, a 1977 movie co-starring Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine (son Desi Arnaz Jr. Lucille and Lucille) in addition to with Robert Carradine.
